One of the year’s most notable achievements was the Panorama project. Panorama is a business-class apartment complex and Tower Group’s first development located in Batumi’s new urban district, close to the artificial island. The complete sell-out of all apartments confirmed the successful completion of Panorama’s commercial cycle and marked an important result for the company.

During the same period, construction of the commercial floors at Piazza Residence was completed. Today, Piazza Residence is considered one of Batumi’s calling cards. The project brings together Italian architectural aesthetics, a carefully designed urban environment, and a refined lifestyle concept. Following the completion of the commercial component, development of the residential complex continues actively, in line with the original plan.
In 2025, Tower Group also expanded its scope of operations by launching the Kvirike Residence project in Kobuleti. Kvirike Residence is located within the active Château Kvirike complex and represents a natural continuation of its development. The project includes both residential and investment apartments and is set in a unique microclimate between the sea and the mountains, giving it distinctive locational and conceptual value. It is precisely this combination that defines Kvirike Residence’s special place within Tower Group’s portfolio.
It is also worth noting that the architectural concept of both Kvirike Residence and Piazza Residence was developed by Alpha Architectura in collaboration with architect Irakli Emiridze. In 2025, Alpha Architectura was awarded the A' Design Award and was named a finalist at one of the most prestigious international architectural events, the World Architecture Festival, further highlighting the architectural distinction and international recognition of these projects.
