CMG and Tower Group's May information campaign introduced interested buyers to project locations, concepts and planned facilities. Outdoor screens in Tbilisi were one of its communication channels.
Two projects, different settings
Piazza Residence is a project in Old Batumi. Its concept is based on a connection with the historic surroundings and an Italian piazza within the complex.
Kvirike Residence is being developed in Kobuleti, in the setting of Chateau Kvirike. Its description focuses on leisure, pools, a spa and shared spaces.
How to find current terms
The archived campaign provides an introduction to the project concepts, but choosing a specific apartment requires updated information. Check availability, the full price, payment schedule, handover condition and service charges.
Contact the CMG team and request the current presentation and offer for the project that interests you.
