According to the project plan, 65 units of 30-metre-deep piles have been installed in the foundation of the residential complex, constructed using B35 W8 grade concrete. All works were carried out in cooperation with Zeta Company.
The complete waterproofing of the foundation has also been completed using premium materials from the Swiss brand Sika. The piles were installed by Zetas, while the formwork systems are provided by the Austrian company Doka.
At this stage, reinforcement of the foundation slab is in progress, after which concreting will be carried out using B40 W8 grade crystalline concrete, further enhancing the overall construction quality and structural stability.
