Archive offer • 18 December 2025. The campaign described on this page is not a current commercial offer.
Tower Group's pre-New Year campaign covered selected apartments at Kvirike Residence and Piazza Residence. The original announcement stated 31 December 2025 as the campaign's end date.
Two projects, different surroundings
Kvirike Residence continues the Chateau Kvirike concept and connects apartments with the chateau setting, vineyard and leisure spaces.
Piazza Residence is located in Old Batumi. Its architectural idea is based on classical forms and the aesthetics of Italian urban spaces.
When assessing an offer in either project, consider the specific apartment's size, condition at handover, service terms and payment schedule.
