There was a time when artificial intelligence symbolised the frontier of innovation. Today, it’s everywhere — a standard tool in the creative process. Visual content, increasingly shaped by algorithms, often loses the nuance, depth, and humanity that make stories resonate. In this landscape, CMG offers a conscious shift: back to emotion, back to human insight, back to narrative.
CMG (Central Management Group) — a subsidiary of GZA and Tower Group — specialises in the management, sales, and capital development of real estate projects. But more than that, CMG is reshaping how property is marketed. Its philosophy moves beyond square footage and finishes — focusing instead on how spaces feel, what they evoke, and the stories they hold.
At CMG, real estate is not treated as a static product, but as a dynamic environment where life unfolds. This vision is central to the creative campaign developed for Piazza Residence. Rather than relying on standard visualisation tools, CMG brought the project to life through an animated series centred around a fictional resident — Nina. Her everyday moments within the complex build an emotional portrait of Piazza Residence, where every movement, colour, and composition is intentionally designed to reflect a lived experience.
Nina Masalkina, the illustrator behind the project, shares:
"I wanted to capture what it truly feels like to live in this space — what a person sees, what they sense, how modern design intersects with the character of historic Batumi. This isn’t just an illustration. It’s a visual intuition of place.
That’s what made our collaboration with CMG so powerful: at a time when AI dominates every creative field, human-made work still offers something rare — depth, intention, and soul."
For CMG, this is more than an artistic approach — it’s a strategic one. The company believes that today's buyers and residents are not moved solely by technical specifications. They choose places that align with their values, reflect their identity, and speak to them on a personal level.
"We’re not here to sell square metres," CMG emphasises. "We’re here to share a feeling — to communicate what it’s like to live inside this story. Piazza Residence is more than architecture. It’s an experience. And it deserves to be told that way."
